Working with the founders from the earliest days of this project, the primary objectives were to establish robust operational processes, recruit and train hospitality teams, develop sales funnels and CRM systems, implement lead management strategies, manage inbound sales, and create comprehensive event management processes and event based financial tracking systems.

The Approach:

  • Sales Funnels and CRM Implementation:

    • Designed and implemented a CRM system to manage leads, track customer interactions, and streamline the sales process.

    • Developed lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and convert them into confirmed bookings.

    • Implemented a structured lead management system to ensure efficient lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion.

    • Provided training to new sales team to enhance communication and event planning skills, maximizing conversion among event planners.

  • Event Management Processes and Documentation:

    • Researched and implemented the most efficient and practical event management solutions with lean teams to create a step-by-step semi-automated process for client event tracking and management.

    • Created detailed event management processes and documentation, covering event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication.

    • Introduced technology solutions and tools to streamline event management operations, including event registration, materials, food and bar inventory tracking and ticketing.

    • Successfully curated and produced a series of signature events that attracted diverse audiences, increased brand visibility, and generated additional revenue for the venue.
